Something Green For St. Patrick’s Day

I'm not Irish.  Not that I know of anyway.  That doesn't stop me from partaking in the fun of St. Patrick's Day.

Over the weekend we stopped in at my in-law's house.  My mother-in-law, Cindy, asked if we were interested in coming up for dinner.

"Take a peek in the crock pot, Chris!"

I was hoping.  Sure enough, it was a big, delicious-looking roast soaking in all the corned goodness!

While I'm not one to overindulge in green beer, I don't mind getting my fill of corned beef and cabbage.

I don't say this to get invited back, but my mother-in-law has perfected many of her dishes over the years and there's nothing better than dinner at Wayne and Cindy's house.
