30 Minutes I’ll Never Get Back

There are certain things I don’t care for.  Brussel sprouts, for one.  Then there are things I hate, like trips to the DOT.

Today I spent 35 minutes waiting in line at the Department of Transportation.

In Vegas a few weeks ago a security lady pointed out that my license would be expiring on my birthday.

While I’ve been putting it off for a few weeks, today I broke down and drove out the highway to get the task done.

It was 35 minutes that seemed to take forever, and 43 dollars later… but now I have my new license… and best of all it’s good for another 7 years!
