The Rayburns Come to a Bitter End in Full ‘Bloodline’ Season 3 Trailer
The Rayburns did a bad thing. The Rayburns continue to do bad things, and will do perhaps their last things, good or bad, when Netflix’s Bloodline comes to a close this month. See for yourself, as the aftermath of Season 2’s bloody finale comes to a head in a full trailer for Bloodline Season 3.
Ahead of a May 26 premiere for the final episodes, Bloodline released an extended Season 3 trailer, picking up after Kevin’s – spoiler alert – brutal murder of Marco. No one’s hands are clean this time, however, and it looks like Sissy Spacek’s Sally Rayburn may be the one to bring it all crashing down.
Initially ordered for thirteen episodes (it’s now ten), Netflix capped the otherwise-acclaimed Kyle Chandler-Ben Mendelsohn-Sissy Spacek-Linda Cardellini drama at three seasons, given the loss of a Florida tax credit that helped ensure production (and part of why HBO’s Ballers moved to L.A.).
For those unfamiliar with the series, Bloodline follows the exploits of the Rayburn family after the eldest brother and black sheep (Mendelsohn) returns home, exposing the emotional demons at the family’s core. Created by the team behind Damages, the series also stars Norbert Leo Butz, Jacinda Barrett, John Leguizamo, Jamie McShane, Enrique Murciano and Sam Shepard.
