Dubuque Had An Awesome Halloween Parade Last Night

I want to congratulate the Dubuque Community YMCA/YWCA on a hugely successful Halloween Parade last night.

Crowd-wise, it has to be the largest annual parade in Dubuque.  There were so many costumes and fun floats to check out.

Kids line the street hoping for candy and treats and I thought the organizers did a great job with security and crowd control in keeping the children back from the road.

A special congratulations to the Bass family and friends for their special 'E.T.' float, which you can see in the photo above, that took overall 1st place in the float-judging competition.
