Iowa State Fair Announces First Country Headliner for 2024

We might be staring at another long Iowa winter, but your summer 2024 is already heating up! The Iowa State Fair has announced its first country headliner for next year's fair!

Thomas Rhett will make his triumphant return to the Iowa State Fair in 2024! Rhett last played the grandstands in 2018 and according to the Des Moines Register over 15,500 fans packed in to take in the show! That made it one of the largest concerts in the history of the Iowa State Fair! Rhett will no doubt pack the grandstands again next summer as the country hitmaker has been on fire in the years since his last appearance at the Iowa State Fair!

Thomas Rhett has the longest current streak of consecutive number-one songs in country music. He has won eight ACM Awards including Entertainer of the Year. He has also won 2 CMA Awards, garnered five Grammy nominations, and has won the CMA Triple Play Award for writing three number-one songs within 12 months. Oh, and he also launched his own tequila brand, Dos Primos!

Thomas Rhett will play the grandstand at the 2024 Iowa State Fair on Tuesday, August 13th at 8 p.m. Ticket prices will range from $45 to $100.

Also appearing at the 2024 Iowa State Fair will be 3-time Grammy Award-winning R&B hitmaker NE-YO. He will perform on Saturday, August 17th at 8 p.m.
