The touchdown catch by Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore to beat the team's historic rival, the Green Bay Packers, will forever live in the minds of the blue and orange faithful. It's been an incredible season, spearheaded by first-year head coach Ben Johnson and second-year quarterback Caleb Williams, who, en route to an 11-5 record and playoff berth for the first time in five years, have proven yet again that when the Bears are good, the city of Chicago roars and roars loudly.

Hot dogs have been a recurring theme this Bears season, most notably the infamous Chicago eatery The Wiener's Circle giving away free dogs after multiple victories. Now, the beloved Chicago chain Portillo's is throwing their hat in the ring with an exclusive "DJ Moore Meal," named after the hero who helped beat the Packers just a couple weeks ago.

Introducing the "DJ Moore Meal:"

In celebration of the Bears' record-breaking number of comeback victories, Portillo's worked with wide receiver DJ Moore to create a meal with his namesake. The meal includes Portillo's Italian beef sandwich with both sweet and hot peppers and shredded cheese; a side of small fries with regular cheese sauce; and a small Coke.

The Portillo's app says it best: "Just like DJ's game-winning catch, this one comes in clutch." The meal can be purchased in store, ordered online, or via the app.

Portillo's Chief Marketing Officer Denise Lauer commented on the impetus behind creating the meal in the midst of such a wonderful season from the Bears:

Just like Chicago's football team showed us this season, the best comebacks happen when you combine passion, grit, and the right fuel. Chicago football fans – and ours – deserve a delicious made-to-order meal that celebrates both his incredible performance and our shared pride for greatness. The DJ Moore meal isn't just about great food, it’s about capturing the winning spirit that makes this city special - Portillo's Chief Marketing Officer Denise Lauer, per NBC 5 Chicago's website

Also part of the Portillo's menu heading into 2026 is the "Comeback Sauce," which honors the 2025 Bears as a whole. The sauce is described as creamy and tangy with black pepper, garlic, and paprika. It's designed to be used in conjunction with Portillo's French fries, onion rings, and other sides.

We Bears know the team has been in an awful way for years, having experienced four losing seasons in a row dating back to 2021. Their NFC North division title this season is their first since 2018.
