The Elves Are Back!

Has your elf returned from the North Pole, yet?

Arty the elf has returned to our home, keeping a watchful eye on our son, Jacob.

If you haven't gotten in on the Elf on the Shelf concept, it's a lot of fun.  Once you get an elf your child names him or her.  Each night, your elf returns to the north pole to report to Santa how your child is behaving leading up to Christmas.

The concept is genius.  I can't tell you how many times Jacob is acting up and I'm quick to look over at Art and say "be sure to tell Santa about this."

Jacob usually stops what he's doing and transforms into an angel.  It's awesome.

Every couple of nights, Arty brings Jacob a little gift from the north pole, like a sucker or a pack of football cards.

If you really want to have some fun, pose your elf in a funny way for the kids to find each morning... HERE ARE SOME GREAT IDEAS.
