After The Game recently took a plea deal from the court in the case of him punching an off-duty cop during a pick-up basketball game, he tells TMZ that he's happy to be going to anger management classes, especially since he figured he was heading to jail.

"Any deal that doesn't have jail time in it for me, I had to take it," Game said.

According to TMZ, Game will be on probation for the next three years. Fortunately, that shouldn't be too hard, as the rapper will have to attend 26 anger management classes, which will force him to talk to a shrink in that time.

"The anger management might not be bad, I'm kinda looking forward to it,"  the rapper admitted. "I think that it might do good to talk to a psychologist about my anger issues and what not. But I'm normally a happy guy."

Maybe this will turn over a new leaf for the Compton native, and he'll be able to avoid drama in the future. If you recall, Game lost a civil lawsuit over the incident last year, where he had to pay $100,000 to the off-duty cop he laid hands on initially.
