Is this the year I finally make it happen?  Weight loss has to be one of the toughest things I've ever tried to do.

I'm not kidding.  Once every three to four years I motivate myself to lose some weight... and I'm usually successful!  My biggest year ever was almost 62 pounds.  But then I get tired.  Tired of salads.  Tired of walking.  And then the inevitable thought... "mmm, one ribeye won't ruin this diet!"  Unfortunately it always does.  Even worse, I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea and borderline high blood pressure over the last few years.  As I approach the age of 40 I realize that I can't keep pushing my health to the back burner... especially for my 3 year old son.  But that hamburger looks so good!  Got any good advice?  Comment below and maybe you can help me and someone else in the same situation!  Happy dieting in 2014!  See you at the gym!
