I LOVE zombie movies. Of all the horror genres, they are by far my favorite. From the 1968 George Romero classic "Night of the Living Dead" to 1985s "The Return of the Living Dead," I just can't get enough zombie movies.

It seems like there's been a drought of good movies and then Robert Kirkman's "The Walking Dead" hit television and has renewed our love of flesh eating zombies.

Someone told me about a Korean film from 2016 called "Train to Busan" awhile back but I didn't think I'd actually ever see it. (Even if I had the chance I wasn't sure I'd want to... subtitles don't always work well for me.)

While looking for something to watch over the weekend I found the tab for the movie on Netflix.

I figured I'd give it a fifteen minute try-out to see if it was any good.

Holy crap! What a movie. It was fast paced, gory and had all the jumps you'd want in an awesome zombie movie.

The story finds a dad taking his daughter to be with her mother in Busan just as the start of a mysterious outbreak begins. Of course, they get on a high speed train just as chaos ensues.

I won't spoil any of it for you but trust me, if you have a few hours to spare, give "Train to Busan" a chance.

Here's the official trailer for the film.

If you give it a watch, let me know what you think. I hear a part two is supposed to drop anytime!
