As Flava Flav would say... "Yeeeeaaaaahhh Boooyyyyeeeee!"  We get an extra hour of sleep this Saturday night!

It's a Daylight Savings Time clock adjustment this Saturday night, so you'll set back your clock by one hour starting at 2am on Sunday morning, giving you an extra 60 minutes of sleep.

An easy way to remember is that you spring forward and fall back... easy enough, right?

It's also a good time to remember to check the batteries in your smoke alarms to keep your family safe.

I'd say we're pretty lucky to have this event fall on Halloween weekend, so for those of you out creeping around at parties, you'll have a little extra time to stay out.

If you want to learn more about the history of Daylight Savings Time, I found THIS ARTICLE BY USA TODAY had some useful info in it.

Enjoy the extra sleep... I know I will!
