Dubuque’s Merle Norman Offering “Re-Grand Opening” Specials

In order to commemorate its larger, more spacious new location, a Dubuque cosmetics and boutique is taking this week to hold a "Re-Grand Opening" for customers both devout and new. This is an opportunity for people to take advantage of some unbeatable deals on makeup and various accessories while celebrating the longevity of a great business!

Merle Norman Cosmetics & Boutique is now located at 806 Wacker Drive, Suite 138 in Dubuque, adjacent to Copyworks. Starting on Monday, April 24th, 2023, for one week, they will be having a "Re-Grand Opening" celebration, with discounts on various items!

Angie Crosby-Williams, owner of the Dubuque Merle Norman, opened the Dubuque location inside the Kennedy Mall 16 years ago. Angie was kind enough to stop by the studio and talk about the specials her and her beloved store would be offering:

[The new store] is in Wacker Plaza, next to Copyworks on the frontage road [....] We basically have doubled in size, so our cosmetics studio is separate from our accessory and clothing boutique. [....] We are going to be offering 20 percent off our entire store, which will exclude our services such as event makeovers and piercings, but [....] we will have a "Spin to Win" [wheel], a grand opening shopping spree event that you can sign up for, and just fun all day and all week!

Merle Norman is a popular name around America. Named after the cosmetics magnate, chemist, and Indiana native, Merle Norman started almost 92 years ago. Today, there are more than 1,100 studios in the United States and Canada. Norman was one of the first entrepreneurs to pioneer the franchising model in business, and the stores have cumulatively generated more than $100 million in revenue.

With Mother's Day right around the corner, this could be a golden opportunity for you to stop in pick up something special for mom. The "Re-Grand Opening" deals go from today all the way through Sunday (April 30th). While Merle Norman's new location isn't open on Mondays, they are open on April 24th for this special occasion!
