Lauren Jauregui Wins Best Solo Breakout of 2016 in PopCrush Fan Choice Awards
The year might officially be 2017, but we're still rounding up the winners from our annual Fan Choice Awards. And one artist who might be having a spectacular New Year? Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui.
The young superstar on the rise, who recently guested on a track with Marian Hill ("Back To Me") and took to the stage as a solo artist last week, won in the Best Solo Breakout category with 46.73% of the vote, besting her (former!) 5H bandmate Camila Cabello (42.33%), as well as Fifth Harmony's Normani Kordei (3.07%) after over 536,000 votes. (Evidently, Harmonizers love the girls individually as much as they do as a group.)
