A hugely popular, early-week deal put on by a major pizza chain is sticking around for the entirety of August following a wildly successful July.

Back in July, Pizza Hut started a deal for their Personal Pan Pizzas. They expected it to be a hit, for sure. However, I'm not sure they expected it to be a complete and total home-run, so much so that they had almost no choice but to extend the deal for another month in order to keep momentum going.

Pizza Hut told USA Today that the deal has surpassed their expectations to the point where several Pizza Hut locations are selling out of Personal Pan Pizzas:

The response has been nothing short of incredible and we are even selling out of Personal Pan Pizzas at thousands of restaurants across the country - Pizza Hut Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Friebe, per USA Today

As of now, there is no word on an end date for the promotion. It is expected to last through the remainder of August at least.

Fittingly, there is a relatively new Pizza Hut location in Dubuque on the newly developed Stoneman Road. Just yesterday, my girlfriend ordered a couple Personal Pan Pizzas and I went and picked them up. It was a delicious, easy dinner, and at a price point ($4 plus tax) that was unbeatable.
