Wake Up: Unplugged! Meet Megan Gloss

Later this morning, tune in just after 8am for our latest installment of Wake Up: Unplugged and this weeks featured artist, Megan Gloss!

Over the last few months we've featured musicians playing a variety of music, including pop, rock and country.

To be fair, I thought it would be cool to feature a local artist who specializes in music of a different nature.

I recalled seeing Megan do the National Anthem at a recent Dubuque Fighting Saints game and remembered that she does classical music, which I figured would be an interesting twist for this week.

Today we'll learn about how Megan got her start, training and where she's performed.

During the day, Megan is a Features Editor for Her Magazine at the Telegraph Herald.  She's done work with the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra and next she'll be appearing in the upcoming production of "She Loves Me" at the Grand Opera House towards the end of February.  (She even promised us she'd give away a pair of tickets!)
