Find Out When You Can Enjoy Breakfast with Santa Claus in Dubuque

A tasty and festive annual tradition in Dubuque is returning right in the middle of the holiday season. In fact, it'll take place less than a week from Christmas Day!

The annual Dubuque County Fairgrounds' Breakfast with Santa is happening Sunday, December 17th, 2023. Kids and parents can come and enjoy breakfast and visit with Santa Claus to get any last minute gift recommendations to the big man before he takes to the skies to deliver presents.

From 8am to 12pm, the wonderful folks at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds will be serving up pancakes, sausage, ham, tater tots, eggs, and apple sauce along with orange juice, milk, and coffee.

Adult tickets to the Breakfast with Santa are $13 in advance or $15 at the door. Tickets for kids (age 5-12) are $5 in advance/$8 at the door. Ages 4 and under can attend for free.

I fondly remember being a kid indulging in pancakes and sausage while telling Santa Claus anything I might've left off my list that I still wanted for Christmas. These holiday breakfasts serve as foundational childhood memories for kids, and year in and year out, the Dubuque County Fairgrounds does an exceptional job at helping those kids and their families make memories.
